The Inner Voice of Who Knows What

the pilgrimage: Henri Nouwen and my own topsy-turvy little heart

About the author

Hello!
I’m Jessica, a 23-year-old girl who is taking some time to read Henri Nouwen and write through the laborious journey of knowing myself and taking care of this heart of mine.

I am in love with John the Baptist, Anabaptism, Fresno California, intentional community, making music, bicycles, thrift stores, traveling, racial reconciliation, restorative justice, good theology that pushes us to praxis, mentoring and empowering and loving kids, subverting the empire, rattling cages, authentic conversation, and seeking justice and shalom in a world that can’t get enough of it.

Glad you’re here with me.
